8IGB community clothing is a streetwear inspired brand, based on strong graphics and dual meaning slogans which often have a spicy twist. 8IGB community clothing was born in a small building at #8 of a little alley in the18th district of Paris; 8IGB actually stands for 8 Impasse Grosse Bouteille.

This building is the most utopian place ever seen, it’s where people live with open doors, where every neighbour is a best friend, where you never feel lonely, where you can paint, read or enjoy a beer together in the courtyard, where there is always an extra place for who wants to join in.

Our philosophy? Open doors, open bar and open hearts. 8IGB style can be described by a single word: DIVERSION. 8IGB distorts and re-interprets graphics, logos and shapes everyone knows with a childish, poetical and decadent dimension, seasoned by a little touch of bad taste. The brand gets inspiration from vintage clothes, pop culture, art photography and cult movies.

On the back of each piece you will find the slogan «I don’t match», a feeling that everyone can have facing the society and the world we live nowadays. This slogan encourages to be proud of our differences and not try to smooth or hide them in order to fit in.

ANTITHESIS — a daring exploration of contradiction, transformation, and the beauty of the not-normal.

In philosophy ,antithesis marks the second stage of the dialectical proces s: a confrontation of ideas through opposition, paving the way to synthesis. In science, it is through antithetical hypotheses that truths are tested and revealed. For 8igb,ANTITHESIS becomes both a method and a manifesto — clothes speaking about clothes, dissected, distorted, and reimagined to reach an evolved form.

True to its DNA, the brand continues its work with accumulation, distortion, twisting, and hybridization, but this season pushes these concepts to their breaking point. Garments are treated like living matter — cut, spliced, layered, and mutated —as if the atelier were a laboratory and the pieces its experimental subjects.The result is an army of bold silhouettes: hybrids, distortions, and unexpected mutations, each one a unique creature in the 8igb universe — its own modernFrankenstein.

More than fashion,ANTITHESIS is a stance. In an era where social and political forces push toward conformity and a narrowing idea of “normal,” 8igb chooses resistance. The collection embraces conflict, celebrates tension, and glorifies the cult of the NOT-normal. It is an invitation to break away from imposed narratives and to wear contradiction as power.

With ANTITHESIS, 8igb continues its mission : to challenge fashion as a language, disrupt codes, and create a space where clothes are not passive garments but active experiments, oppositions, and possibilities
